Vice Chairman

President & CEO

Mr. Muhaiman Ali Al-Behbehani assumed the roles of Vice Chairman President & CEO at the National Petroleum Services Company in September 2023, his journey with NAPESCO began in 2007 by serving as a board member before stepping into the CEO role.

Mr. Al-Behbehani holds several key board positions in the Oil sector as well as other relevant sectors, he served as Vice Chairman and CEO of United Oil Projects Company for over 13 years, Chairman of United Precision Drilling Company.

Mr. Al-Behbehani has been as a board member of Jassem Transportation Company since 2019, As well as a Kuwait Olefins Company since 2012.

Mr. Al-Behbehani brings a wealth of experience from the oil and gas sectors, reinforced by a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo, obtained in 1998.

Operation

Mr. Jamal Hamed Jamal joined NAPESCO in 2021, where he currently serves as Vice President – Operation with responsibility for the entire company's operations and supporting other functions within the organization. Mr. Jamal has over 20 years of experience in the O&G services sector with an international company in multiple positions including technical, sales, business development, and management roles covering different product service lines and geographies. He has a mechanical engineering degree from Kingston University in the UK.

Business Development, Energy and Sustainability

Mr. Bader Sami Aman joined NAPESCO in 2022, where he currently serves as the Vice President – Business Development, Energy and Sustainability, driving strategic partnerships, mergers & acquisitions, and leading strategic initiatives to foster business growth in the O&G industry.

With over 18 years of experience in various Business Development and Operational domains.

Mr. Aman previously held the position of Sr. Country Manager of Business Development at Halliburton for Saudi, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, and Djibouti.

Mr. Aman also served as Area Sr. Manager of Consulting and Project Management for the Northern Gulf region.

Mr. Aman began his career as a Wireline & Perforation field engineer and holds a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Toledo in Ohio.

Additionally, Mr. Aman has completed the Business Leadership Development Program at Mays Business School.

Vice President

Finance and H.R

Mr. Raji Thomas joined NAPESCO in 2020, where he currently serves as the Vice President – Finance and H.R, the management of the Company’s present and future financial positions, budgeting, forecasting, developing business strategy, and building a strong and capable financial team to support the Company’s business and operations goals.

With over 23 years of experience in the sector, Mr. Thomas held several leadership positions, where he had extensive geographical operating exposure and worked as the Geomarkert Financial Controller for the Pressure Pumping product line in Saudi Arabia .

Mr. Thomas holds a master’s in business administration Graduate from Mahatma Ghandi University, India, holds a bachelor’s in business studies from the University of Kerala, and has attended several Leadership Development and Finance Management Programs conducted by Schlumberger internally and externally.

Sr. Manager

Oil Field Service Dept

Mr. Ahmed Mokhtar Youssef joined NAPESCO in 2017 and currently holds the position of Sr. Manager - Oil Field Service Dept. He also serves as the General Supervisor of NAPESCO’s projects both within and outside Kuwait, overseeing the establishment and structuring of operations management for any branch or subsidiary of NAPESCO.

Mr. Youssef holds a bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering from Cairo University and has extensive experience in the oil and gas sector spanning over 23 years. He is regarded as a key pillar of NAPESCO’s operations due to his diverse expertise throughout his professional journey.

He began his career at Khalda – Apache Petroleum as a Petroleum Engineer before joining Schlumberger, where he advanced through various positions until he reached the role of Project Manager. Throughout his tenure at Schlumberger, he worked across multiple countries, including Pakistan, Syria, the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Egypt, gaining extensive international experience in the oil and gas industry across various related services.

Additionally, he has been invited to several international institutes to conduct specialized training courses for engineers working in the oil and gas sector.
