Mr. Khalid Hamdan Al Saif, Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Khaled Al Saif graduated as Electrical Engineer from San Diego State University. He is a Certified Lead Auditor and is also an elite member of Society of Petroleum Engineers Int., American Petroleum Institute (API) and Project Management Institute. Mr. Khaled started his career with Kuwait Oil Company in 1987 where he assumed many positions including Corporate Planning Manager and Financial Services Manager. In 2006 he joined National Petroleum Services Company as Chief Operating Officer, later became its Managing Director and is now leading the company as it’s Deputy Chairman & C.E.O. Mr. Khaled has to his credit numerous achievements, awards and citations and recognitions earned in his career of over 29 years in the Oil & Gas field |

Mr. Fahad Yaaqob Al Jouan, Member
Mr. Fahad Al-Jouan graduated from Eastern Washington University in Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration. Also he is a holder of Diploma in Accounting from Kuwait University. He is engaged with key positions in various other organizations. Mr. Fahad is the Chairman of Al Kout Industrial Projects Company-Kuwait, Vice Chairman of Al-Dorra Petroleum Services, Board member of Markaz (Kuwait Financial Centre), Board member of Kuwait Chamber of Commerce and Board member of Shuaa capital (Dubai). In addition to that he is actively involved in AJICOL. which is a private investment company managed by his family and also he is the owner of a private company named Kuwait Projects Group involved in private investment in local and regional market. He joined NAPESCO as board member in May 2013. |
Sheikh Hamad Jaber Faisal Al Sabah, Member
Mr. Hamad Al-Sabah graduated from Gulf University for Science and Technology majoring in finance. He started his career at Kuwait Investment Authority. Later on, he joined KPMG Safi Al Mutawa & Partners as an Auditor. In 2011, he worked at the Capital Markets Authority - supervision sector. Mr. Hamad is also a board member of Al Saud United Real Estate Company and he manages other privately owned companies. He joined NAPESCO as board member in 2014. |
Mr. Aly Masood Mahmoud Hayat, Member
Mr. Ali Masoud Hayat graduated with a Business/Finance major from Bentley College, Massachusetts in 2003. Mr. Ali started his career in 2004 at Gulf Bank working as a Private Banker. During his time at the bank, he has completed the “Certificate of Investment Management” course as well as many other investment courses. In 2010, Mr. Ali joined KAMCO Investment Company, and is still working there as an "Assistant Vice President" in the Investments Division. He joined National Petroleum Company as board member in May 2014. |
Mr. Muhaiman Ali Sayed Behbehani, Member
Mr. Muhaiman Ali Behbehani holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Toledo-OHIO-USA. Mr. Behbehani held several post in Kuwait National Petroleum Company . He has a diversified experience portfolio in Oil Industries supported by several certificate and specialized courses in business oil projects and planning. Mr. Behbehani joined United Oil Projects Company in 2006 and he was promoted to Vice Chairman/Acting General Manager in 2010, At present he is the Vice Chairman and CEO |
